Oxford Atelier will NOT be held responsible or liable for any accident caused by the hirer their staff, team or clients whilst using the studio or equipment.
A booking is considered firm after receiving the full payment. Upon making the full payment the client has agreed to these terms.
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking before the event takes place the following refund policy applies;
Less than 10 days before the course date – there will be no refund or transfer rights.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Where we cancel a particular workshop date we will always try to provide as much notice as we are able. We will always offer you a full refund or alternative course/date. We will not however be liable for other costs that you may have incurred for example accommodation or travel costs.
The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges.
Late arrival of more than 30 minutes, without contacting us will be considered as no show and your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
The client must ensure that all persons under the age of 18 have parents’ or guardian’s permission to be at the studio, for the purposes of the photography or filming, during the period of studio hire.
The client must ensure that his own public liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use, to cover any accident, injury or death.
The client may not without the written consent of Oxford Atelier:
Studio Equipment a) You will confirm all the equipment above is present and in good to use condition. b) Please note if any equipment is broken lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the person making the booking. Full payment for outstanding items will be required. Termination Oxford Atelier may terminate any hire contract if the client shall be in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
